Dia Mirza doing alot of training to build her body

Dia Mirza had undergone a strict training for her upcoming film 'Acid Factory". She has taken alot of efforts to build her biceps and muscles. She said that she has actually gone through a big disaster. She felt like she was in school where she had to get up early in the morning at 5.30am. She went through 3months of strict training and 40days of working to strenghten her muscles. The role needed in this film was of action stunts so she had to build her body according to that.
She added that she trained really hard with Arbaaz Khan's trainer Rakesh in Chandigarh also with director Tinu Verma with whom she worked out for 2hrs everyday. Then when she came back home she use to work out for 2hrs again and later in the evening for 2hrs. She had to follow this schedule for a continuous 3months. But she said that she is very happy with the outcome that has come out.
She is very happy with her body shape outlook.
